This is a question that we get a lot. The area of Jackson is broken up into 3 areas that are VERY close to eachother. Staying in Downtown Jackson will get you closest to all of the action, but Moose Wilson rd area and Teton Village are both beautiful and only about 10-15 mins from Downtown. Teton Village has it's own action going on with shopping, dining and the tram to the top of the Tetons, it is definitely a desirable place to stay. Please refer to the Travel page for specific places to stay along with discounts for each. We want to make sure you all get to take advantage of our discounts and find the most desirable place to stay whether that be a home rental or hotel, so BOOK EARLY. July is a VERY busy time of year.
There will be parking on-site if you wish to drive. You may leave your car overnight, but it must be picked up by noon the next day. The Ranch is about 45 minutes drive from Downtown Jackson. Shuttles will pick you up at 210 N Cache St near the town square - Jackson Home Ranch Welcome Center Parking Lot at 3pm. The shuttle will take you to and from the Ranch on the wedding day. If you are staying in the surrounding areas of Downtown Jackson, like Moose Wilson rd. or Teton Village, you will need to take a taxi to and from the downtown area, about 10 minutes away. About the Venue Bordered by Grand Teton National Park and Bridger-Teton National Forest, the Diamond Cross boasts unrivaled, unobstructed views of the snow-capped Grand Teton Mountains and the utmost privacy and natural beauty.
Domestic flights are typically cheaper 5-6 weeks out from your travel date. Especially during COVID, flights also do not get scheduled as ahead of time as they used to. Set alerts now and check around April/May to book.
Yes! We will have coach buses ready to take you from Downtown Jackson to the wedding and back. This information will be on the invite.
Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. It’s important to mention that the ceremony will be in a grassy area so be mindful that wedge or block heels will be more comfortable and won’t get dirty.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
