HOW DO I BOOK A ROOM?

WHAT IF I'M BRINGING KIDS?

Answer

We chose Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya because of the endless list of activities for all ages- so children are encouraged! The Kids Club, designed for kids between 4-12 years old, is loaded with all the amenities of an all-inclusive luxury resort, with fun, kid-oriented activities scheduled throughout the week.

WHO CAN HELP ME WITH MY FLIGHT AND TRANSPORTATION?

Answer

We recommend booking flights with airlines directly when you are ready. You will find a link on the Shaadi Destinations website to submit your flight information. The bride and groom will be providing round trip transportation from and to the Cancun Airport for all guests.

When do I need to make my hotel reservations by?

Answer

Please book rooms by September 1st, 2019. No further rooms or RSVPs will be allowed beyond September 30th, 2019. We need this advance notice in order to plan the events at the resort. We thank you for understanding!

What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?

Answer

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires after June 16th, 2020 (6 months from the date of entry into Mexico). Mexico has no visa requirement for US, Canada, UK, and Australian Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico. Indian Citizens will need to obtain a tourist visa unless they have a valid US Visa or are permanent residents of Canada, UK, or Japan. Please verify requirements before travel, you can find specific requirements here. If in doubt, please get in touch with your local Mexican embassy.

What time is check-in and check-out at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya?

Answer

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best. Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.

Can I stay for just 2 nights?

Answer

While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-6 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you must stay 2 nights, please contact hello@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Shaadi Destinations allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.
