FAQs

If you have questions that are not answered here please message Krishan or Anu.
Question

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, it’s always important to RSVP as soon as possible to help the couple and their family plan the logistics of the event.

Question

What should I wear to the ceremony or reception?

Answer

You are welcome to wear either traditional Indian attire or your best suit or dress—whatever makes you feel comfortable and festive! Many guests may choose to wear sarees, lehengas, or sherwanis, but a formal suit or elegant dress is just as appropriate. Bright, vibrant colors are always a great choice for an Indian wedding, but most importantly, we want you to wear something you feel great in and enjoy celebrating with us!

Question

Is there an open bar during the reception?

Answer

Yes! Since our venue is a distillery and winery, they will be offering a selection of their own handcrafted wines and spirits for guests to enjoy.

Question

What are the traditional gifts for an Indian wedding?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift, and we are so grateful to have you celebrate with us. Traditionally, guests may give cash gifts (or "shagun") in envelopes, but please know that we have no expectations. Your love, support, and company mean the world to us, and we simply look forward to sharing this special day with you.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one to the wedding?

Answer

Please message Krishan or Anu and they will help you with that.

Question

Is it necessary to attend all wedding events?

Answer

No, normally people will attend the reception and ceremony only.

Question

What should I do if I can't attend the wedding?

Answer

Please RSVP "No" as soon as possible.
