Trevor and I met through mutual friends when I first came to work at the lodge in Thorne Bay in 2016. I was enamored by him and his ability to just get up and go. He and his son, Cutter, were always on the move. Cutter and Trevor were two peas in a pod, they went everywhere together. Over the last few years, we all started spending more and more time together. A steady work and then play schedule. Consisting of a lot of fishing, beer and laughs. Trevor's job as a timber faller means EARLY mornings, but full afternoons to play. By the time I was off work, there was a game plan in motion, rarely did I know what it was. More or less of a, "shut up an get in." It really was very unorganized chaos and I oddly fell in love with it, and shortly after, Trevor. It is still very similar to that, adulting often finding its way in to rain on our parade but we are well equipped to handle the storm.
