We met once before this, but we really hit it off at two of our good friends wedding (Chelsey and Ian Scheifelbein) Summer 2018. I was a bridesmaid and Seth was a groomsman, we walked down the aisle together. I was sarcastic and making bad jokes the whole night and we danced together a little bit, I didn't think much of it seeing he had a girlfriend at the time. Later that fall him and his girlfriend broke up and he told the groom (Ian) that they had broken up. Ian said, "Good, now you can date Kris!" He waited a number of months and then contacted me and its all history from there!

Seth's mom is from Austria, so we took a two week trip to Europe (Austria & Germany) to visit his grandparents and his sister. While we were at his grandparents Seth asked me if I wanted to go for a walk before bed seeing it was a pretty quiet night at the house. We walked around the village, dimly lit by street lights, and when we got over a little bridge I looked over the railing to watch the water. I turned around and we prayed for our relationship, families, and the rest of the trip. When I got done praying I figured we were going to continue walking so I started walking, but Seth didn't walk with me. I felt his hand pull mine back and I looked at him like "what are you doing?" He talked briefly about our relationship and got down on one knee, and...I said yes!
