Once upon a time, two kids rode on a school bus together. They would get off at the same bus stop. Before long, they started to play together after school. To maximize time, the girl would sometimes copy the boy's math homework to play even longer. He began to come over every day, even on the weekends. They played with wooden guns, videogames, hide and seek, tag…the boy even agreed to go square dancing (after some strong encouragement from his Grandpa). Their friendship grew stronger over time. And then the boy moved away. Sometimes he would come back on the fourth of July, and the two would watch fireworks together. Several years passed before the boy visited next. But when he did, the two realized just how good of friends they were. So good of friends, the girl transferred schools, and they went to college together. Before long they couldn't stand to be apart.
