Flights+Hotel

We highly recommend booking your Hawaii travel through Expedia or the Hawaiian Airlines website. One of the best ways to save money is by booking a flight + hotel bundle, which will show you a range of options and price points to fit your budget. For convenience, we recommend staying in or around the Waikiki area. We will be staying at the Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach in Honolulu if you’d like to be nearby. There is absolutely no pressure to stay at the same hotel, we just wanted to let you know where we’ll be staying in case it’s helpful while planning your trip!

Transportation To/From Kualoa Ranch (Paliku Gardens)

Our ceremony will begin at 2:30 PM at Kualoa Ranch (Paliku Gardens). To make your day as easy and enjoyable as possible, we will be providing complimentary round-trip transportation between Waikiki and our wedding venue. Transportation Information The buses will pick up guests from Alohilani Resort at 1pm and will also bring everyone back to the resort after the celebration. The buses will be lined up on Koa Avenue. If you have any trouble finding the buses or are unsure where to go, please don’t hesitate to ask the hotel front desk or a receptionist for assistance, they will be happy to point you in the right direction. The shuttle will be departing promptly at 1:00 PM, so please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to board. The buses will not be able to wait for late arrivals and will leave at 1:00 PM as scheduled. Some of us will already be at the venue preparing for the celebration, and we want to make sure everyone arrives on time before the ceremony begins at 2:30 PM.
