Please arrive by 1:45 PM. When you arrive through the main building doors on Goodlett (Polk Street), you will pass through a brief security check. After security, take the gold elevators immediately to the left, up to either the 2nd floor (Mayor’s Balcony). On the 2nd floor, exit the elevator and proceed left to the Mayor’s Balcony.
