We’re getting married!

Kris had spent weeks patching walls, ceilings and bathrooms; he was a drill sergeant in getting a big “to-do” list knocked out. In thinking it was all due to my dad’s first visit to the house, I was blinded by my parents’ coming to town for my birthday. After a morning of pedicures with my mom, we went back home and I was stunned in a house full of so many of our family and friends. Just when I thought the surprises were over, Kris thanked our guests for coming and got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was the happiest ‘yes’ and the best surprise party of my life ♥️
