Yes. While our venue is able to accommodate 150 guests indoors, it is currently operating at 50% capacity under City of Austin guidelines, allowing a maximum of 75 total guests per event. At the time of our Save the Dates it was operating at 25%, allowing a maximum of 38 guests. To be particularly cautious we have kept our in-person attendance limited to this 25% capacity. Fortunately, we are able to share in our celebration with the majority of you from the comfort of your own homes and the magic of the internet! Both ceremony and reception will be broadcast through Eventlive and the reception will maintain an interactive component for all guests through Zoom!
We have moved all major events outdoors where the guest capacity is 300, distancing all seating for both the ceremony and reception. We are working on a unique reception seating plan that eliminates the traditional large tables in favor of clusters of distanced one, two, and four-top personal tables that maintain a safe distance from others while still allowing guest communication and interaction! A few select small activities will occur in the indoor space, but this area will be limited to only a few guests at any one time.
In the event of light rain or occasional showers we will keep the ceremony outdoors and encourage everyone to bring a beautiful umbrella! If the weather is more extreme the ceremony will be moved indoors. The limited in-person guest count will allow both ceremony and reception space set up with minimal need to adjust the space between the two. The indoor reception will maintain a socially-distanced seating plan. As the indoor space has held dinner receptions for 200 guests, our day-of coordinator and venue contact are confident we can keep a comfortable and safe distance between all parties with only 1/5th the guest count. If you are planning to attend in person and the weather calls for rain, please let us know if you are uncomfortable with this arrangement. We understand and want to make sure everyone both stays healthy and feels safe.
