Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be outdoors under a tent.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have blocked off rooms at the Hampton Inn Zion Crossroads Gordonsville (10800 James Madison Hwy, Gordonsville, VA 22942). The hotel is 20 minutes from the venue. The going rate is $249/night at the hotel. Feel free to call and reserve a room or you can look for an Airbnb for the weekend.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

The wedding theme is spring garden party. We encourage guests to wear spring colors. We would like woman to wear dresses and men to wear a suit or khaki pants with a dress shirt.

What activities will be at the reception?

Answer

We will have a dance floor with a Dj and for those that do not want to dance we will have yard games such as corn hole, jenga, etc.

What will be for dinner?

Answer

We will be catering Missions BBQ which will have brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken with mac n cheese, fries, and corn bread.
