Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. September in Texas can be warm during the day and cooler in the evening, so we recommend dressing accordingly. The venue includes gravel paths, grass, and turf, so please plan footwear accordingly. Sunglasses and hats are welcome (cowboy hats encouraged; please no ball caps).
Please plan to arrive by 4:40 PM. This allows 15–20 minutes for parking and walking to the ceremony site. Once the ceremony begins, late arrivals will be asked to join us at cocktail hour. Thank you so much for understanding!
On-site parking will be available at the venue, and a golf cart will be provided to assist guests as needed.
We kindly ask that all phones be turned off and kept put away during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture this special moment, and we invite our guests to sit back, relax, and enjoy the ceremony with us. After the ceremony, feel free to capture and share all the memories you’d like.
Yes! We don’t have a strict dress code, but we ask our guests to dress up and celebrate with us. Our wedding style is Western boho, and we welcome attire that fits this vibe. Jeans are welcome—please just be sure they are clean and pressed. Cowboy hats and boots are welcome as well (kindly no ball caps). We kindly ask guests to leave white for the bride.

Yes! We’ll be hosting an open bar for our guests during cocktail hour and the reception. A selection of beer, wine, and cocktails will be available throughout the evening. Tea, water, and lemonade will also be available throughout the evening.
We’ll be serving a variety of passed appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by dinner at 7:00 PM.
We recommend staying in Granbury, TX, which offers a variety of hotels, vacation rentals, dining, and activities and is just a short drive from the venue. Please visit the Travel page for all lodging and transportation information to help plan your stay.
Uber and Lyft services can be limited in the Lipan area. If you plan to use a rideshare, we strongly recommend scheduling your ride in advance rather than requesting one the day of the wedding. For a more reliable option, we suggest coordinating with a local shuttle service. The venue often recommends G.E.T. Transportation out of Granbury, which can be booked ahead of time and is familiar with the area. Some hotels may also offer shuttle services, so feel free to check with your accommodations as well. We do not have a hotel room block. There are several great hotels and vacation rental options available in the Granbury area for guests to choose from. Please visit the Travel page for more information on lodging options.
