Troubleshooting reserving a hotel room

Answer

We understand that making reservations at the hotels in Farmington have been a challenge to some. This may be due to newer staff who have issues finding our room block or a room block may even be maxed out. If staying at the Hampton Inn please ask for Katie (Sales Manager) to help you who is the most knowledgeable about reservations. If staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites please ask for Kim (GM) who is the most knowledgeable about reservations.

When is transportation picking up guests from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

We have reserved transportation to pick up guests from the recommended hotel accommodations to the venue which is about 25 minutes away. Please check back one week before the wedding date for official pick up times.

What should I wear?

Answer

We request that you please dress formally. Please no denim or tennis shoes.
