Maid of Honor
Kathryn and I have been friends for over 20 years. She is such a sweet and loyal friend and sister-in-Christ and I thank God for bringing us together all those years ago. Our deep conversations and her sage advice about anything and everything have kept me sane over the years. Kathryn is always ready for an adventure, whether that means a spontaneous trip to Texas for a wedding, paddleboarding and going for a hike, or just going to the grocery store before having a cozy movie night, any time spent with Kathryn is a joy. She is so kind, present, and caring and everyone who knows her knows what a gem she is.
Matron of Honor
Rachael and I met in middle-school and have been inseparable ever since (except to be separated by the entire country for the past seven years!). Even though we ended up in different states for college and beyond, our friendship has only grown and deepened. I cherish the memories of our trips we took to Maine, Florida, and Tennessee. I have watched her navigate married life and becoming a new mom with such grace and God-honoring humility. If you want a good book rec or are hoping for podcast-length voice messages, Rachael is your girl!
Bridesmaid
I met Kim only a couple years ago at church but she’s become one of my closest friends. She is one of the godliest women I know and her wisdom is beyond her years. If you need someone to be your biggest cheerleader, call Kim! I have cherished our coffee and dinner dates, late-night text conversations, and walking the St. Paul Christmas market, freaking out over the delicious beignets. Kim is one of the most real and smart women I know, and her faith-walk inspires me daily.
Bridesmaid
Kaytlin and I may be cousins, but we are also close friends. Our conversations about everything under the sun (travel, dating, struggles, our faith-walks, etc.) are some of my favorites, because I know they will always point back to Christ. She is one of the best travel buddies and memories of traveling to Florida for weddings and vacations are some of my favorites. She is always down to play a game of euchre, hit the gym, or eat Thai food and watch a movie. If you are looking for the sweetest soul, Kaytlin is that friend.
Best Man
Caleb and I met through Cornerstone and have grown close over the past 4 years, and in the past year I would say he has really become my best friend. He is very humble and loves Jesus and I always cherish our time together. We have many common interests we enjoy doing together including strategy games, disc golf, killing zombies, jackbox, eating sushi & reading the Stormlight Archive book series.
Groomsman
Al and I met through Redemption House and quickly became close, he is on fire for the good Lord and walking alongside him has encouraged me immensely in my own walk with the Lord! He is very outgoing and cares deeply about those closest to him. If you get the chance, ask him about how he came to know Jesus, what a story! We enjoy lifting weights, watching anime, eating chicken wings, and working together in the construction industry.
Groomsman
Justin and I met through Redemption House, where to this day he is still serving as the program director. He counseled me and pointed me to Jesus during my time there, and continues to counsel me from the Word of God and be there for me as a good friend and pastor to this very day. He has taught me so much, I’m so grateful to the Lord for the redeeming work he’s done in Justin to now pour out to others like myself. We both enjoy mini golf, arcades, and Mario kart - and I look forward to seeing him every Tuesday at Grace Abounds!
Groomsman
Russ was one of the first members of Cornerstone to love on me and welcome me, and he’s been a cherished friend and mentor of mine to this day. He has so much of the word of God stored up in his heart, and has helped me so much through sharing the Word with me. We enjoy vacationing together, laughing until we cry, and playing board games. He is also our #1 fan at Anthem Exteriors! If we let him, I’m sure you would see him in an anthem hat at the wedding!
