The group code when booking a room in the wedding block is G-KEON, or you can call 888-591-1234 and ask to book with the Krepps and O'Neill wedding block. The days that are booked are April 17th-21st, 2025. Instructions for if you plan to be in town beyond the room block dates, you can call this phone number: 888-591-1234. This is the Hyatt Central Reservations number. Say to the reservations agent that you would like to book rooms inside the block and then ask the agent to help you create an itinerary reservation for the dates outside of the block. This will allow the agent to make two reservations that are joined. The first reservation will be the dates inside the block at the group rate and the second reservation will be the dates outside of the block and the regular published rate. By making an itinerary reservation you will not have to switch rooms during your stay.
