In the interest of everyone's safety, we ask that any unvaccinated guests please receive a PCR COVID-19 test at least 48 to 72 hours prior to our celebration. Thank you for your understanding. Waterloo staff will be wearing masks and sanitizer will be used throughout the event. We will follow any CDC and state guidelines as they arise.
We ask that you be fully present with us during the ceremony. Please turn off your mobile phone & camera. We promise to share all the beautiful pictures captured by our photographers with you!
Please arrive at the ceremony no later than 4:30 pm. Waterloo Village is a historic public park. Early arrivals can walk the grounds and enjoy the scenery.
Yes, we do! Please see our Accommodations page. Our Sheraton Parsippany room block has been secured through Friday, October 2. Use the link for additional information. There are a limited number of other hotel accommodations in the surrounding area.
Yes. Waterloo Village has a large gravel parking lot for guests to use. There is a path leading from the parking lot directly to the church, cocktail hour, and reception. All locations will have appropriate signage. Feel free to leave your car in the parking lot overnight if you've partied a little too hard. Just remember to pick it up in the morning. We don't want to disrupt the next day's wedding.
A shuttle service will be provided for those registering through the Krenek/Whitman room block at the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel.
When the music stops, the party continues. We will move outdoors and gather under the stars at a circular “Fire Pit”. Freshly made pizza prepared in an outdoor brick oven will be served. Refreshments will still be available. And for those who choose, grab a stick and get close to the fire, warming up your personal s’mores.
