The wedding venue is only 30 minutes from Grand Rapids. Head to some of our favorite places: 
Our favorite museum is Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park for indoor and outdoor art, including botanical gardens, greenhouses, and walking sculpture park. 
Our favorite restaurants near our house are Myrth or Nonna's for Italian. Or head a little further out for Amore Trattoria Italiana. 
Grab a to-go drink at the City Built Brewery take out window and walk the Riveredge Trail to Bridge Street to see our old neighborhood. 
Go to Eastern Kille Distillery for craft cocktails or SpeakEZ Lounge for elevated pub food and drinks.
Our favorite breweries are New Holland or Founders Brewery.
Our favorite coffee shops are Field&Fire on Monroe and Outside Coffee on Wealthy.
Other recommendations include Westsider Cafe for breakfast, San Chez for tapas, Bowdie's Steakhouse, or Uncle Cheetahs Soup Shop.
There are plenty more breweries, bars, shops, restaurants and museums to explore!
