FAQs

For any questions or concerns not answered below, please feel free to text the Bride or Groom. Paige: 972-822-5089 & Gunner: 832-520-3674
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that guests RSVP by December 22. This date is crucial, as we must provide our vendors with the final guest count at that time.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal Attire (Neutrals, Blues, and Pastels): Ladies, please wear cocktail attire- avoiding white and cream. Gentlemen, nice jeans with a button-down or blazer are perfect.

Question

Can I bring a date or child?

Answer

We kindly request that you check your invitation and RSVP to determine if a plus-one/children were included. Due to our limited guest count, we are carefully managing our guest list. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly. We'll do our best to accommodate you if additional space becomes available. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. Please note our venue has a no outside alcohol policy that will be enforced by on-site security (this includes the parking lot).

Question

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

Yes, there will be a round-trip shuttle option available. You must sign up to take the shuttle! All information regarding the shuttle is located under the "Travel" tab. Uber or Fetti are also options for those seeking alternative transportation to the venue.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, ample parking is conveniently available on-site at The Ranch House in Caldwell, where both our ceremony and reception will take place. Guests can easily park directly at the venue.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

If you have signed up for the shuttle, we recommend looking for a stay close to The George in Century Square. Additionally, the Bride & Groom recommend guests to stay in Bryan/College Station as they are more familiar with the area. For those seeking proximity to our venue, we recommend exploring local rental options through Vrbo and Airbnb. We kindly request that all guests, especially those driving, prioritize safety by making responsible choices about drinking.
