Our ceremony will take place in Huntersville, followed by our reception in Mooresville. After the ceremony, we'll be taking photos and spending time with family. We invite guests to relax, explore the area, or grab a drink before the reception begins.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is the most convenient airport, about 30–40 minutes from both the ceremony in Huntersville and the reception in Mooresville (about 20 minutes apart). We recommend renting a car. We don’t have a formal room block, but there are many wonderful hotels and Airbnbs near our reception venue in Mooresville. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear on your envelope and RSVP form. As we’re celebrating with a smaller group of loved ones, we kindly ask that you RSVP only for those listed.
The ceremony and reception are about 20 minutes apart. We recommend driving or carpooling; parking is available at both locations. If you plan to use a ride share, please note they are more limited in this area, and our venue recommends scheduling a ride share ahead of time within the app.
Formal attire is requested for the day—suits and ties for gentlemen and midi or floor-length dresses for ladies. All events will be held indoors.
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration—except for our immediate nieces and nephews. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out!
Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins.

Late August in the Charlotte area is typically warm and sunny, with average highs in the 80s. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception space will be comfortably air-conditioned indoors, with an outdoor area for beautiful lake views. You are more than welcome to step outside during the cocktail hour and reception as well!
