Denver International Airport (DIA) is located 90 miles east of the Winter Park area. There is a car service that runs from DIA to Winter Park, Hotel James Transportation, that we suggest guests book. They offer regularly scheduled shuttles or you can book individual services. Shared shuttles allow guests to book individual seats rather than the whole van, and the cost is $92 per person one way. Groups of 3 or more cost $77 per person. If you’d like a private charter, they will be available again starting in the spring. You can book a 10-passenger van for $510 or a 14-passenger van for $620 plus gratuity. We will be providing shuttles for our guests from The Holiday Inn to the venue and back, times will be updated closer to the event. Ride shares/ taxis are rarely available during the off season, so we encourage you to use the shuttles provided!
