In an initimate ceremony at home on Saturday, August 1st, we were married under our favorite tree in our yard surrounded by our parents, siblings, nieces and nephews. Thank you to everyone who helped us create a beautiful weekend of family fun and togetherness. Pictures to come. We love you all.
With so much uncertainty we have made the difficult decision to cancel our October 17th California wedding weekend. As regulations continue to change and the future remains unpredictable, we want everyone to prioritize their well-being. We will marry with a simple exchange of vows this summer at our home. We hope to celebrate our love with you when everyone can feel comfortable, safe and joyful without added stress. We love you and thank you for your understanding. Stay tuned for our exciting news as it evolves!
We were at the LA Forum Phish shows with friends and friends of friends. We noticed one another outside the venue getting our ticket stub checked for the floor. We liked what we saw and had both unknowingly admired each other. We were introduced when Michael came over to say hi to our mutual friend Josh Pollack. That night we met, we smiled big smiles, shared small talk, and parted into the crowd. Fast forward to Labor Day weekend Phish shows when we connected again. Multi-night after-party flirting turned into frequent flights, and a long distance relationship before moving to Denver together. We each met the love of our lives and feel incredibly grateful we found one another.
