Why did I receive two save the dates???

Answer

We had a fun situation with USPS in which they lost all of our save the dates for a good period of time and then found them again! The second save the date (picture of us on the cover) should have the most up to date website URL & information on it!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early to the church. Our ceremony will be starting promptly at 2:00 p.m.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’re dressing things up for the big day so the attire will be Semi Formal to Formal. Suits and ties, cocktail dresses, and floor-length gowns are all welcome.

Can I bring a plus one?

As much as we’d love to invite everyone and their favorite person, our unique reception venue can only hold so many guests. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We’re so grateful for your flexibility and appreciate you helping us make the weekend run smoothly.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a hotel block at Casa de Palmas in McAllen, Texas. To book within the block, please call the hotel directly and let them know you’re with the Krauss-Allen Wedding Party or use the link in the travel tab to reserve you room online.

What’s the parking situation?

Answer

Parking will be available at the church for both the ceremony and the reception. The venues are just steps away from each other, so once you arrive, you’re all set for the evening.

How should I get to the chapel?

Answer

Casa De Palmas offers a complimentary shuttle for all guests to and from the ceremony and reception sites, which we highly encourage all guests to take advantage of (the shuttle runs until 11:00 p.m.). Uber & Lyft are also available in the area.
