The Belmond is approximately 30 minutes from the Cancun airport, and pre-booking transportation is highly, highly encouraged. We personally recommend either booking directly through the hotel concierge or utilizing 5 Senses transportation.
For 5 Senses, you can book directly through the Google Form below. They will also be offering to pair you with other guests arriving at similar times. Both Maroma and 5 Senses will meet you just outside of arrivals, escort you to the van/car, and take you safely to the resort.
