FAQs

If you have any other questions, please feel free to call or text Dana (978-807-1553) or Eric (978-407-3989).
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, please. Please keep in mind this is an OUTDOOR EVENT. Weather can be variable in October, so dress warmly!

Question

Is there parking at SRV?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is no parking lot or valet at SRV. If you plan to drive, Stanhope Garage (63 Northampton Street, Boston, MA 02118) is a 24-hour parking garage within walking distance. Metered street parking runs until 8pm and has a 2 hour limit. Parking in a metered spot is at your own risk!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. We will collect any information about food allergies or special dietary needs when you RSVP.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. We have a room block reserved at The Cambria Hotel in Boston. Please visit the "Travel" tab for more information.

Question

What are you doing to keep your guests safe and healthy given the COVID-19 pandemic?

Answer

If you are plan to attend our wedding, we want you to feel comfortable and truly enjoy yourself! Here is what we are doing to keep you safe: In order to limit exposure, we have capped our guest list to 40 persons. This will be an outdoor event. We will hold the ceremony on the back patio, cocktail hour on the open air front patio, and return to the back patio for lunch. Per Massachusetts state regulations as of 7/1/2020, there will be no bar or dancing (but don't worry -- there will still be plenty of alcohol!). You will be asked to wear a mask if you are getting up from your table to use the bathroom. The majority of our guests are local, and will be driving instead of flying for this event. We will continue to update our website as things continue to change.

Question

What if there is a “second wave” of virus in October?

Answer

We will be keeping a close eye on the number of new infections as our wedding date approaches. We understand that our plans may need to change. We will keep our website updated so check back regularly. Although we ask that you RSVP by September 19, you can change your RSVP response on our website anytime. We do ask that you let us know within 72 hours or our wedding in order to keep our vendors informed.

Question

Will you be hosting a rehearsal dinner?

Answer

We will not be having a rehearsal dinner. Get some beauty rest, and we will see you bright and early on Saturday!
