When should I arrive?

Please arrive by 2:30pm for the ceremony, and 5:00pm if joining only for dinner and the reception.

Outdoors or Indoors?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to be outside, subject to weather. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held inside the Howard.

Cards & Gifts?

Answer

This is a desintation wedding for the couple, they will be flying in from the state of Oregon. In lieu of physical gifts on the wedding day, cards or giftcards are encouraged. Otherwise, the registry should allow gifts to be shipped directly to the couple's home (see registry link). Thank you for your understanding!

Due to limited seating capacity, we'd love to give our parents a night off! Please confirm with the bride and groom for any special circumstances.

How do I RSVP?

Just click the RSVP link on our website by 5/11/2026. It takes less than a minute!

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

05/11/2026 is the absolute latest we will accept RSVP's. This is to help us control the amount of food and alcohol purchased, guest gifts made, and a headcount for the venue. Any RSVP's after this date, unless previously discussed with the couple, will not be accepted.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to seating capacity, we are only able to accomodate those guests that were formally invited on your wedding invitation. Reach out to the bride and groom with any questions.

Dress Code?

Answer

We would love for everyone to be dressed up to enjoy our special day! No jeans. Our ceremony is on the lawn, so we recommend block heels or wedges rather than stilettos. The reception will be inside.

What about Parking?

Answer

There are several lots on site to accomodate parking needs. We will also have a shuttle from the Hilton Garden Inn to and from the venue.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please include any and all dietary needs in your Reception RSVP. Our chef can make a special meal as long as we are aware in advance. We will have a gluten free dessert option.
