Frequently Asked Questions

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Saturday, January 10th, 2026.

Question

Can I bring a plus one or my children?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation or RSVP attend. While a small number of children in our immediate families will be present, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those named. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Come dressed up and ready to celebrate with us! The dress code is evening formal attire. Long gowns, dressy cocktail dresses, and suits will all be perfect. Kindly no denim or white. Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors in the same building, and a coat rack will be provided for your convenience.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM to find parking and get settled.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Free parking is available on the street in downtown Bartlesville. Free parking is also available on Saturday at the Arvest parking lot off of Johnstone Ave. Meters are enforced Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We're kindly requesting an "unplugged" ceremony. Our professional photographer will capture everything, and we promise to share the memories after!

Question

Will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Absolutely! We’ll kick things off with a cocktail hour right after the ceremony, followed by dinner, drinks, and dancing all evening long. For your safety, we suggest booking a nearby hotel or arranging a safe ride home.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
