The season ends at the end of October, but if you want to relax and float down the river, this is the perfect place to go. You'll find plenty of nature, and you might even see wild horses crossing the river while you float.
Lost Dutchman State Park
Great for hiking!
Flagstaff
The bride went to college here and loves her mountain town. It is located very close to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The town has many adorable little shops. When October arrives, the aspens begin to change their leaves, creating a beautiful Fall atmosphere.
Grand Canyon National Park
This is a full day trip, but we absolutely love the Grand Canyon. It feels unreal. You can take a train from a town called Williams to the canyon and back. Williams is about a 30 minute drive from Flagstaff.
Sedona
Very beautiful and magical place to visit.
