Our venue is Wasatch Wing and Clay in Cedar Fort, Utah, which is about 40 miles south of Salt Lake City. The venue's main function is a bird hunting club and it is nestled on 8,000 acres of land. Bird hunting will not be available during our wedding but we will have clay shooting available for interested guests. Please note that overnight parking at the venue is not allowed.
The ceremony will start at 5pm. Guests are welcome to arrive to the venue as early at 3:30pm to begin clay shooting.
Yes, we will be proving transportation for our guests from the hotel, Hilton Home2Suites, to our venue, Wasatch Wing and Clay. This is available for ALL of our guests, not just those staying at the hotel. Please see the “Travel” page for more specifics. We will also have transportation from the venue back to the hotel towards the end of the evening. Tentative pick up times from the hotel to the venue is 3:30pm and 9:30pm from the venue back to the hotel. We will add more information once we have a transportation service finalized.
Yes, please see the "Travel" section of our website. We have hotel rooms blocked at Hilton Home2Suites at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi. Utah (14 miles away from the venue). To book, please call their front desk and let them know you are part of the Price Kramer Wedding. Room rates are approximately $162.00 per night and we have rooms blocked for check in on Friday, June 2nd and check out on Sunday, June 4th.
We are having a country western-themed wedding so please come wearing your finest boots, belt buckles, and hats! Canadian tuxedos are also welcome. No, the bride and groom will be covering any costs associated with clay shooting for our guests. We recommend that our guests wanting to clay shoot arrive between 3:30pm - 4:00pm to ensure ample shooting time before the ceremony at 5pm. The venue does not allow clay shooting after alcohol is served - cocktail hour will begin at 5:30pm.
No, the venue does not allow overnight parking and your car will be towed. Please keep this in mind if you will be drinking - all guests are welcome to use the transportation to and from the hotel.
