What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is summer casual. For the girls a summer dress (preferably long) and for the guys a nice shirt and pants. No jacket necessary! We want everyone to be comfortable and trust that you will wear something appropriate! Please no black!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 2:30 to ensure we can get everyone parked and to their seats before the ceremony begins! Entrance to the venue will be blocked at 2:55!

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The wedding will be a combination of indoors and outdoors. If it’s calling for rain please feel free to bring an umbrella!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless specifically listed on your invitation that you have a guest we ask that you don’t bring a date!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

With the exception of a few kids specifically selected to attend we are having a child-free wedding! Although we love all of your kids, we want everyone to be present and enjoy the day without the stress of keeping tabs on children.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We were unable to secure a hotel block but recommend staying at Hampton Inn and Suites of Jamestown or in the nearby area! Jamestown hotels are a 10-15 minute drive to the venue and offer a more affordable price than many hotels in the area!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are hoping to provide transportation for everyone we can! Please do not drink and drive! We will be updating the website with a way to sign up for transportation to and from the venue!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking! If you plan on driving to the venue please make sure you have a designated driver!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have a limited open bar for guests 21 and up! Guests are also allowed to bring alcohol to the venue if they have any specific preferences!
