Our plan is to go on as normal. We recommend getting the vaccine to ensure everyone's safety. However, if you are not vaccinated we recommend doing a kindness and wearing a facial covering.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only event. We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. If finding arrangements becomes a problem, let us know. Keep in mind that it will remain an adult event. There will be alcohol, dancing, and music choices that may not be considered appropriate for kids.

What should I wear?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoor, weather permitting. We do have a back up plan if it rains. The reception is mostly indoor. There will be outdoor games. There is a covered outdoor patio with a stone bar and a fire pit. There is AC.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

We have reserved a selection of rooms. See the Travel tab for more information on hotels.

Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Either would be appropriate. Whatever works best for you!

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes. Dinner we be served buffet style with multiple options. We will have an OPEN bar! Eat drink and be married!

Will there be any vegetarian option?

Yes!

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle service available to transport guests. We highly discourage any drinking and driving. See the Travel page for more info.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be unplugged. We ask you to join us in being fully present by putting away all electronic devices. We want to see the joyful faces of the people we love. Keep in mind we have a hired professional, and there is a chance you could be in the background. After the ceremony is finished, please take all the photos! If you post any online, use the hashtag #kramericawedding, so we can see all of your photos!
