FAQs

The Wedding Website of C Stillings and K Hill
While this isn’t a traditional wedding, we will be having an intimate ceremony followed by dinner, drinks & music (plus, just a weekend of relaxing & adventures)! If you have any other questions than what we listed here, feel free to text Kraig or Courtney.
Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving Thursday afternoon (January 7) if you’d like to join the casual welcome drinks that evening. The main dinner & celebration takes place Friday evening (January 8), and we will be staying in the area until Sunday.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

There are MANY great hotels or Airbnbs located right in San Juan! We will be staying in the Condado area and we've listed a few hotels that are nearby on the travel page.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

You know we LOVE your little ones, but our celebration dinner will be an adults-only evening at the Ocean Club (Condado Ocean Club is adults-only). If you’re planning to come early or extend your trip with your kids, San Juan has great options for childcare and babysitting services, so you can still enjoy a night out with us!

Question

How do we get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

The Condado area is only about 15 minutes away from the airport. Feel free to grab a taxi; or rent a car if you want to do some more exploring!

Question

What’s the weather like in January?

Answer

January in Puerto Rico is typically warm, sunny, and breezy (daytime: mid-80s°, evenings: mid-70s° comfortably warm with a light coastal breeze).

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Think beachy, comfortable, and ready for a fun night out. Puerto Rico is warm year-round, so lightweight fabrics and breezy outfits will be your friend. For the celebration dinner, we recommend beachy cocktail or resort attire- something you’d wear to a nice dinner by the ocean. Sundresses, linen shirts, tropical prints, and sandals or dressy flats all fit the vibe perfectly.

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

No passport is required for U.S. travelers- Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory. Just bring your standard government-issued ID for your flight.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence in Puerto Rico with us is all we want! We are not creating a traditional registry, but for those who have asked, we’ve set up a small Adventure Fund for future travels together.
