We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding. Please no jeans or T-shirts. Just keep the weather in mind and bring a sweater or umbrella just in case!
The hope is to have the ceremony outside as long as the weather allows. Those guests needing a shorter walk can be dropped off right by the ceremony location. The reception will be held indoors with spaces outside to enjoy.
We will be having a buffet-style meal catered by Beechwood Inn. We ask if you have any dietary restrictions to please reach out ahead of time so we are able to make the proper arrangements.
Alcohol will be served near the dance floor past the dinner space. The bar will be open following the conclusion of the ceremony and the last call will be at 10:30. Alcohol is only available to our guests who are 21 and older. Due to venue requirements, shots are not allowed, nor is outside alcohol. The ceremony and reception will be shut down if there is an obvious use of outside products. Pop and water will be available for those who would prefer something else. Our bartenders have the right to cut anyone off and ask for IDs from any guest.
As much as we love your little ones, we are asking that this is an adult-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving your kiddos at home.
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closet family and friends.
Of course! We will have a hashtag on the day of so all the pictures can go to one place. We will also create google drive so that all pictures can be shared to one location at the end of the day. We do ask that all phones and cameras be put away for the ceremony and other special moments, such as the first dances, as we have a professional photographer to capture these moments. We are willing to share these photos upon request after the wedding!
There is free parking available to all guests. It is behind the main venue building. Those who need less of a walk can be dropped off at the ceremony location.
