Pike Place Market
Arguably the best and busiest place to visit in Seattle. The market has been around since 1907 and has hundreds of different shops and stalls to explore in over a dozen different buildings.
Moss Bay
Kayak and Paddle board rentals on Lake Union. Great views of downtown and the popular summer waterway. Beware for taking off and landing seaplanes!
Gas Works Park
One of Kelly and Michaels favorite parks to hang out in Seattle. Great views of downtown, especially at night!
Golden Gardens Park
We frequent this park often during the summer. There is a grove of trees perfect for setting up a hammock and taking in the sunset.
Space Needle
A great place to experience Seattle and interact with an icon from the 1962 World's Fair. Entire Seattle Center parcel is home to multiple museums, historic buildings, and Interactive sculptures.
Seattle Ferry Terminal
Take a Washington State Ferry from downtown Seattle to Bainbridge Island or Bremerton across the Puget Sound. Bainbridge Island has a great downtown during the summer and Bremerton is a large Navy Base on the Kitsap Peninsula and is home to a Navy Museum and some active Submarines and Aircraft Carriers. Both places are worth the day trip ferry. Maybe you'll get lucky and see a harbor seal or even an Orca!
