Is transportation provided?

Answer

Do to limited parking at the ceremony location we have organized activity buses to shuttle guests from the Reception location to the Ceremony site starting at 3:30pm. After the ceremony they will shuttle guests back to the Reception. For transportation after the reception please use the below local services. For Uber and Lyft please download the app's to reserve your spot. *If you can't reach her via Uber or Lyft please call or text 970-756-7358. For the All Around Taxi call 970-824-1177.

What if the ceremony location is flooded?

Answer

In case we end up with a wet spring and the river is flooded we've reserved the Arboretum Park behind Sunset Elementary School. The park is located at the corner of Ledford St and 8th Drive.

What if its raining?

Answer

If mother nature just doesn't want us outside then we will hold our ceremony in the Pavilion where the reception is located.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course kids are welcome but we really would like our wedding to be our guests night off so we've organized child care services at Yampa Valley Kids for those who are interested. Kindly call 970.824.1191 by June 1 to reserve a spot.

Is there plenty of parking at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Parking is limited at the ceremony. Please kindly take advantage of the transportation information given above. There is plenty of parking at the Pavilion for the reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Some beer and hard alcohol will be hosted for a portion of the night, after that it is available for purchase.

What should I wear?

Answer

Wear what you are comfortable in! The ceremony will be outside. Appropriate footwear and a light jacket are recommended. The reception will be inside and we strongly suggest wearing your dancing shoes!
