What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive to the church for the ceremony by 1:15 PM at the latest.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the reception is "Black Tie Optional." For ladies- think full length dresses, formal cocktail dresses, or dressy separates. For men- suits or tuxedos

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your children, the reception will be an adults only event. We encourage you to find childcare options so that you can enjoy the night with us! Children are of course welcome during the ceremony at the church. (:

I have a food allergy- can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please indicate any food allergies on the RSVP card. For any of our vegan family/friends, please indicate this and we will make sure the catering services have options for you as well.

Is there transportation to and from the reception venue?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged shuttle services between Hotel Anthracite and the Farm at Cottrell Lake. Please check back closer to the wedding date for more specific details regarding shuttle times.

Is there parking at the church and reception venue?

Answer

Yes! For the ceremony, you may park in the parking garage of Hotel Anthracite, which is across the street from the church. There are also limited street parking spots near the church! For the reception, the Farm at Cottrell Lake has ample parking on site and will have an attendant to help direct you.
