#WhenGarnetteMetCarty

Once upon a winter evening in 2015, our love story began at a delightful and bustling Christmas party in a charming Brooklyn house. The snow danced gracefully outside, but inside, the air was alive with laughter, warmth, and the delightful aroma of holiday treats. Among the joyful crowd, I caught sight of Koy, his smile shining brighter than the twinkling lights around us. It was as if the ancestors had whispered - That beard tho'!, “This is the beginning of something magical.” As the evening unfolded, we exchanged playful banter and forged a connection that felt like destiny. Though the clock struck midnight and the party wound down, our conversations continued, bridging the gap of time and distance. We kept in touch, our friendship blooming like the first flowers of spring, teasing us with hints of the love story yet to be written. Then came 2018, when the stars finally aligned, and we decided it was time to make it official. With hearts full of excitement and dreams woven together, we embarked on a whimsical adventure that would lead us to this enchanting moment. Our tale is one of serendipity, laughter, and a sprinkle of holiday magic, a beautiful journey that brings us to celebrate our love today.
