One of our go-to spots in Park City! Famous for their Whiskey - we recommend the Dead Man's Boots or the High West Lemonade.
Fun restaurant and bar with a great second floor deck. Great view of main street and the best burger in town!
Exploring Main Street is almost inevitable, the site of the Sundance International Film Festival is quiet the spectacle. There are incredible restaurants, breweries, distilleries, theaters, art galleries, retails stores, and a number of unique stores and places. Just get lost exploring the streets your bound to have a good time. Just about everywhere has good live music too.
Salt Lake City was the host of the 2002 Winter Olympics. They hosted events throughout many of the different resorts and buildings throughout the city. The Olympic center is now a free museum and training center for future Olympians. This would probably be our top must see recommendation for the area, its very fun with many activities.
You can rent kayaks, jet skis, stand up paddle boards or whatever your heart desires.
Park City Resort has a number of activities to do on the resort including: steel mountain coaster, alpine slide, 2 different zipline variations, a rope climbing course, mountain biking, golf, mini golf, disc golf, hiking and many other activities. We do receive a discount on all the Park City activities so if interested talk to us first! Mountain Biking at Park City and Deer Valley is not for the faint of heart even the most beginner trains can be intense for a new rider so consider taking a class. You can hike or bike the trails from the base or lift. There are other activities like the alpine slide and coaster, disc golf, zip lines, and base activities that are fun for kids and adults. Taking a scenic ride up the chair or gondola is fun too!
Located a little ways outside of Park City, High West's Refectory offers complimentary distillery tours and paid “educational” whiskey tastings.
There is incredible hiking in the Park City and Deer Valley area. Many trails are just a mile or 2 long and can get you so some incredible places. I recommend using the all trails website or app to check out trail conditions because if its a big winter many of the trails may be snowy or even need to be snowshoed. If so there are many nice hikes on the Great Salt Lake itself it you go out to antelope island state park.
Lots of shopping from local vendors, food, and live music! Free to attend, there will be lots of walking.
Fun for kids and adults, all ages! Ride the chair lift up to the top and pick your slide (4 to choose from). Control your speed as you whip down the mountain side!
