When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 24th
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
You may begin arriving at 3:30 PM. This should allow time for parking and choosing a seat! Please be seated no later than 4:15. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will have to wait until the reception to pick a seat.

Is there parking and can I leave my vehicle overnight?
Answer
There is a smaller parking lot attached to the venue, with an additional parking lot down the street. Vehicles may be left, but must be picked up the following day by Noon to avoid towing fees. Kaleidoscope is not responsible for stolen/damaged items.

Can I bring a date/kids?
Answer
When you RSVP, it will show you the amount of seats saved in your honor. You can select the number of seats you will be using. We wish we could celebrate with everyone!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our dress code will be semi-formal. For women, think midi dresses, skirt and blouse, slacks and blouse, or maxi dresses. For men, suits or dress shirts and slacks/khaki pants, ties optional. Aim for photo ready and comfortable for celebrating!

What type of bar will you have?
Answer
We will have a cash bar. There will also be unlimited water, tea, lemonade, and coke products.
Question
What if I didn’t RSVP in time?
Answer
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as “no.” We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
Question
Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony/post photos?
Answer
We kindly ask that phones are put away during the ceremony portion. We have hired very talented photographers and they will be there to capture every moment! Feel free to take as many photos/videos during cocktail hour and the reception! We ask that you refrain from posting photos of our day until Nick and I have had a chance to share them ourselves. If you’re unsure, please reach out to either of us!
