Sister of the bride Amanda is my older sister and one of my best friends. She has always been the best big sister! We always enjoyed the same things- music, activities, shows, basically everything! One of my favorite memories with Amanda is when we’d stay up late together watching TV shows and playing random games together on the couch. We’ve both supported each other through all of the big milestones and I’m so excited to celebrate and support Amanda on her big day!

Sister-in-law of the groom Over 7 years ago on the 4th of July 2017, we met Amanda, Matty B’s girlfriend. Now, if you have ever been to a 4th of July party at Matt’s sister’s house, you’ll know it could be very overwhelming as it’s the Richard’s’ side with millions of cousins. Not gonna lie, I was 7 months pregnant and chasing a 1 year old around so sadly I didn’t get the one on one time I wanted with Amanda. What I did see was a girlfriend that didn’t seem scared at all. She fit right in. Fast forward 7 years and she’s already Auntie Amanda to my 3 girls and will always have a place at our dinner table every Friday night regardless of being in our COVID circle back in 2020. She’s also part of the Sunday football crew even though I’m Go Pack Go all the way ;) I’m so thrilled to gain another sister-in-law (already a great girlfriend) and can’t wait to create even more memories with Uncle Matt and Auntie Amanda!

Friend of the bride Amanda and I met in 1st grade and she has been my best friend ever since! My favorite memory together was sharing a room for our 8th grade Washington DC trip and getting to be independent together for the first time! Though high school football games come in at a close second for favorite memories together! I love our relationship because no matter how long we go without seeing each other or talking, it’s like no time has passed at all as soon as we are together again! We have been friends through all of the boring parts and the most exciting parts of life and I’m so excited for the next wedding chapter!

Friend of the bride Roya and Amanda have been friends since elementary school when they first met through the orchestra. 🎻 They spent years together in orchestra rehearsal, math team, and overnight school trips. No matter how much time goes by, they love catching up over meals, reminiscing on watching Studio Ghibli movies together, and being there for each other no matter what! Roya is so excited to celebrate Amanda on her special day!!!

Friend of the bride Amanda and I met at U of I where we both majored in accounting, but really got to know each other well during ACCY 405 senior year. Our love of Spongebob references bloomed into the Hooplah group that continues to hold my heart today. Even across international boundaries (living the crazy not rich Asian life in Singapore), Amanda continues to be one of my closest and most thoughtful friends and I am so excited for her and Matt!

Friend of the bride Amanda and Shannon met in 2016 at a New Year’s Eve party. Matt wanted everyone to meet the girl he was dating. Amanda and Shannon became fast friends as two of the only girls in the friend group! One of her favorite memories was of Amanda’s birthday during Covid. They had to stay in, so they all did a wine tasting and ended up having their own “Cafe Disco” and dancing the night away. Shannon is so excited to stand by Amanda and celebrate!

Friend of the bride I met Amanda when my husband and Matt were roommates. Amanda deserves 98% of the credit for us finally defining our relationship and ultimately getting married. While the boys lived together, we spend most weekends together and over the years have seen most Marvel films, been to dozens of breweries, and had several fun visits in Denver exploring. I am so grateful Matt brought Amanda into my life and couldn’t be more excited to watch them get married!
