Yes, we kindly ask that guests wear formal attire. Think elegant evening gowns, sophisticated midi dresses, suits, or tuxedos if you’re feeling extra sharp. If you're unsure, it's always better to be a little overdressed than underdressed.
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to venue capacity and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will be listed there. Thank you for understanding!
We are so honored to have you witness our vows. As the wedding is taking place during a full Catholic Mass, it may be longer than other ceremonies you've attended (typically around one hour). Please know that you are simply asked to be our honored guest and relax, your presence is the greatest gift! Here are a few quick guidelines for your comfort and respect for the setting: Standing, Sitting, and Kneeling: The congregation frequently changes posture. Please feel free to follow the lead of the person next to you. No one will be watching or judging! Holy Communion (The Eucharist): This is the one part of the Mass reserved exclusively for practicing Catholics who are properly disposed to receive it. If you are not Catholic, please remain in your pew during this time. Alternatively, you may come forward with the line but cross your arms over your chest to indicate you would like to receive a blessing instead of communion. Photography: We kindly request that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the Mass. We will have professional photographers and will happily share the images later. We will provide a detailed wedding program with the readings and responses to help everyone follow along. Thank you for celebrating with us!
The wedding Mass will start promptly at 3pm. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to find your seat.
The wedding Mass is scheduled to conclude around 4:00 PM, and the cocktail hour at the reception venue will officially begin at 6:00 PM. This two-hour gap allows the wedding party to take photos and gives you time to relax and transition to the evening celebration. Here are a few suggestions for how you might spend the time: Check-In: This is the perfect time to check into your hotel and drop off your bags. Explore: The reception venue is close to Downtown St Pete and the St Pete waterfront. Feel free to explore the shops or take a walk in our scenic parks. Some of our favorite places to grab a drink downtown include Right Around the Corner bar/arcade, Mary Margaret's Olde Irish Tavern, and One Night Stand. There are also great coffee shops including Foxtail, Blush Tea and Coffee, and The Blend.
The wedding food will be served buffet style. We will try to offer a variety of options that should allow for everyone to have a meal that they will enjoy. If you have specific concerns, please reach out to Chris or Audrey prior to April 15th.
There will be an open bar for both the cocktail hour and the reception. We simply ask that everyone drinks responsibly and plans a safe ride home. Cheers!
Yes! There’s plenty of free parking available at the reception venue.
While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make the reception an adults-only celebration to allow all our guests (including parents!) to relax and enjoy the evening. We hope this advance notice helps with your planning, and we so appreciate your understanding.
We are so grateful for the love and support of our youth ministry family—it means the world to us. The teens are warmly invited to attend the wedding Mass, and we would be honored to have them there as we exchange our vows. However, due to limited space, the reception will be reserved for close family and invited adult guests only. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate the sacrament of marriage with our Life Teen community at the Mass.
We have! We have secured a room block at The Galaxy Hotel in Downtown St. Pete. Please use the link on our Travel page to get the best rate and stay with us.
