When should I book my travel and lodging accommodations?

Answer

As soon as your schedule allows! Our wedding falls on the same weekend as a UVA football game and Charlottesville and Crozet are home to several popular wedding venues. We recommend you book sooner rather than later to ensure your first choice of travel and lodging accommodations.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:45pm so please don't be late! We recommend planning to arrive no later than 5:30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal. Ladies, think long or midi length dresses, jumpsuits, etc. We also recommend heels that you can walk in grass with. Gentlemen, think coats and ties. We don't want you to have to buy something new, but we encourage you to dress up and have fun!

How should I get to and from the venue?

Answer

King Family has plenty of parking available. We recommend driving or scheduling a car if you are able as it may be difficult finding an uber last minute.

Can I bring a date?

We love your significant others, but we ask that only the guests listed on the invitation attend.
