Let's Party!

It all started with a little thing called Tinder. I ( Kourtney) was doing a little swipping and stumbled upon a very handsome tall man. He had a great beard and looked so happy in all his pictures. So naturally I swiped right! And it was a match! Im pretty sure he wrote me first with the typical small talk questions. We eventually set up a dinner date at a local brewery. He seemed nervous and we ran out of small talk pretty fast. I honestly was not sure if I wanted to go out with Sheldon again because our first date was kinda boring. The date ended and Sheldon being the gentleman that he is walked me to my car, opened my car door, held onto the door and asked me out on a second date! I was very surprised! I stuttered out a “yes” and Sheldon being Sheldon called me out on my hesitation which I thought was funny. Obviously our second date was much better as we were both much more relaxed. We dated for about 4 months before we started calling each other boyfriend and girlfriend. It took us 7 months before we said our first “ I love you”. You could say we took things slow. A couple months before our four year anniversary we went to the oregon coast with my family. Sheldon took me on a long hike to a lookout point. As we took in the beauty around us and caught our breath Sheldon dropped to one knee and asked me to marry him. He said some other sweet and romantic stuff as well! We are so excited to start this next chapter of our lives together as a married couple! Xoxo Ps. For those of you that didn't hear, Sheldon and I got legally married August 28, 2020 at a family only ceremony. This event is to celebrate with ALL our loved ones and have the party we wanted to have last year.
