Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

The venue itself is a hotel! We'd love to see you there. Discounted rates for the wedding dates will be available October 2026! We do have a link however that will soon have discounted rates at many Sedona hotels. Check it out here: https://hotelblocks.zola.com/EventPage8533912

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please dress semi-formal. If you would like to match our colors are sage green, light olive green, and dark espresso brown.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00pm to ensure we have a smooth ceremony start time!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking at the venue for about 25 vehicles. If you are staying at the hotel your parking is separate from event parking.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please just let the bride know as soon as possible so accommodations can be made with the catering company chosen.

Yes! The Sky Ranch Lodge ( ceremony & reception venue ) is gorgeous and pet friendly! Checkout the hotel page for more information.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st 2027. This gives us ample time to plan and adjust accordingly with all vendors.
