The Hilgefort Wedding

Oktoberfest 2017 we met for the first time through a mutual friend. We hung out for one amazing night dancing, singing (and because it was oktoberfest) and drinking. We bonded over our love of Youtube phenomenon Jenna Marbles and countless other internet related jokes. The night ended and for 5 years we went our separate ways living life, moving out of the area and learning more about ourselves. Then one magical day in late August of 2022 the stars aligned in our favor and our paths crossed again. From there our love story began and has been nothing short of a fairy tale. We would like to quote our biggest idol Taylor Alison Swift “Isn’t it just so pretty to think all along there was some invisible string tying you to me”. Even when our paths were separate the universe kept our paths in line to cross at the most cosmic time allowing for our beautiful story to take place, so here we are today.
