During the reception, we plan to utilize the temperature controlled structure as well as the surrounding property. The ceremony and reception will both be at the Coffey Grounds Ranch

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Feel free to bring comfortable shoes for dancing!

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

The wedding invitation will identify whether you have a plus one or not. Generally speaking, this will be restricted to engaged or married couples. If you have questions about this, please reach out to Kourtney or Donnie.

This is a children-free wedding.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There will be parking available on site. There is handicap/priority parking in the front. Please leave these spots for the older and mobility impaired guests.

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

There will be a shuttle bus taking guests to and from the wedding venue. The pickup and drop-off location will be the Durham Courtyard Marriott where we have a block of rooms. See below for the planned shuttle schedule. Wedding Day Shuttle Schedule: 1:30 PM: Shuttle departs Durham Courtyard Marriott for Coffey Grounds Ranch 1:50 PM: Shuttle arrives at Coffey Grounds Ranch 8:00 PM: Shuttle departs Coffey Grounds Ranch for Marriott 8:20 PM: Shuttle arrives at Durham Courtyard Marriott

Are there ubers in the area?

Answer

Uber does drive in Bahama, however, it is a rural area so drivers are often limited.
