You can drive through the whole park in about hour and it’s so worth it! It’s a little over a hour away from our side of Teton Valley but the entire drive is an experience in of itself! Click the link above to see our full detailed itinerary ideas! This place is truly magic!
This is a great place for a day hike. We have spent many days hiking, camping and skiing back here! It’s beautiful, easily accessible and has a wide range of hiking difficulty levels. The main hikes are flat and super beginner friendly! It is always recommended to have bear spray though :)
This course is so fun if you have an afternoon or a morning to kill. It’s cheap and super laid back, think barefoot golf with your own cooler in your cart. The course is really fun and you have a stunning view of the Tetons throughout the entire thing. Brett hit his longest drive here which I’m sure MANY of you have heard that story ;) You can also play 12 holes which is a nice feature!
Teton Valley and especially Victor is very bike-able. There are three Mexican restaurants, two breweries, a cidery, and a tap house that all make for great stops for a little afternoon bike “pub” crawl.
The farmers market is one of our absolute favorite things about summer! If you are looking for something to do the morning of the wedding, we cannot recommend this enough! It’s every Friday morning from 9-1 and it will be the last one of the season. They have coffee and great breakfast options that you can grab and wander around to experience so much of what our great community has to offer!
We love this place to hang out at or bring our visitors for a quick scenic outing! Just type it into your GPS and it should bring your right there! You can see the waterfalls a couple steps from your car parked alongside the road or you can scramble down the side (this does require propelling down a rope and then climbing back up it) to actually get into and under the falls!
I (Kourt) worked here when we lived here! It’s my favorite job I’ve ever had with the best people, atmosphere, food, and drinks! Seriously I love this place so much! It’s casual and has the best yard seating ever! Some of my favorite things on the menu are the garlic edamame (to die for), the seared ahi salad, the trout, the sausage, and the steak is local to Idaho and some of the best quality steak you can find in the area. They also fresh squeeze the juice for the margaritas and Paloma’s every single day. They are a personal and local favorite and a must try if you have time!
Butter is a local treasure! They are a Mexican American breakfast joint with really good coffee, mimosas and great classic and unique breakfast/brunch options! The place is small though and a lot of the seating is outside so just something to keep in mind!
This place is a tourist and local favorite alike! It’s a sweet little gift shop with a classic old school milk shake counter in the back! Our absolute favorite milkshake is the huckleberry Oreo!! Let us know if you try this special treat!
If you want to try a local brewery this one is great! They have a huge yard you can relax in as you look at the mountains or play yard games! They have a fun little food truck that serves smash burgers and crinkle fries that hit the spot every time! They also have popcorn and their own brewed root beer as NA or kid friendly option.
This place is a true gem! They have a sweet large screened in section of their restaurant, outdoor seating, a fun bar, pool table, fire pit and great food! It’s 3 minutes from the venue. If you’re staying in Swan Valley you must try!
This is a true ski town dive bar! We have spent many fun post ski days here! The food is great bar style food, good drinks, vibes, a pool table and a big front covered porch for comfortable outdoor seating!
Teton Valley has some of the best Asian (especially Thai) food we have found anywhere in the country. Amerasia is one of our favorite local spots and they again have great patio seating. Teton Thai is another great place that is slightly more upscale with some of the best pan see ew around. Lastly, Bangkok kitchen is a more affordable but still incredible option as well. Both Teton Thai and Bangkok kitchen are in Driggs!
This is another local favorite! A rooftop wood fired pizza joint with incredible selection of unique pizzas, salads, and appetizers! They only serve beer and wine but it pairs perfectly with the vibe!
