Wedding Party

Meet our Parents, Bridesmaids (yes, including our beloved cat, Juno!) and Groomsmen who are walking down the aisle with us!

Brian Coe

Groomsman

Henry’s ESG (Emotional Support Ginger) and College Roommate. My favorite memory was doing overnights with Henry in the Marquette library during finals week because we refused to give up our study table.

Liam Bower

Groomsman

Liam Bower is thrilled to be a groomsman in Henry and Katie’s wedding! Liam and Henry became friends in Sophomore year of College while living two doors down from each other in Mashuda Hall at Marquette University. In the year between undergrad and Med school, Henry and Liam roomed together in Milwaukee where Henry regularly schooled Liam in Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros. Liam is from Oak Park, IL, but can’t wait to raise a glass to Henry and Katie on June 6!

Matthew Muldoon

Groomsman

Matthew Muldoon, Henry's college pal with home ties, thus making him a homie. I remember meeting Henry formally at a hometown party, recognizing him and giving him a finger gun, "Marquette?", 'nods' "Marquette". Tight ever since.

Alex Martinez

Groomsman

Hi everyone! I’m Alex! I’ve known Katie and Henry both since the beginning of medical school. They were both individually the happiest people in such a sad place, only a few witnessed crash-outs here and there, just to remind everyone else they are human too. It’s no wonder they ended up together, bringing us all together! I’ve been named groomsman number 5, so let me give you 5 quick facts. 1) I’m currently co-interns with the couple of the occasion, 2) I’m married to a pretty woman named Elyza 3) if I wasn’t a doctor, I’d likely be an average pokemon trainer or a ski instructor 4) the only time Henry has ever let me down is at my own bachelor party when he wasn’t the last to get up in the morning (the boy can sleep though- he was 2nd to last) 5) I’m honored to call Henry one of my best friends.

Jack Jaeger

Groomsman

Hi I’m Jack Jaeger! I had the pleasure of meeting Henry and Katie in medical school and shared a house with Henry during our third year! We had great times rotting on the couch in the house, grilling in the back yard, and getting Yats in Broad Ripple. I can honestly say Henry was the cleanest roommate and the longest sleeping roommate that I’ve ever had!

Joseph Gonsiorowski

Groomsman

Hey yall, my name is Joe. I’m essentially just a big teddy bear who loves to have a good time. I first met Katie and Henry during our first year of med school together, where we had a study group that would meet every couple of weeks. Little did I know, our late night study sessions would turn into a lifelong friendship filled with so many amazing memories. I am beyond excited to celebrate this special moment with them and look forward to meeting you all at the wedding!

Juno

Cat of Honor

Meow! Meow!

France Pinckard

Bridesmaid

KT's grade-school bestie who knows the perfect day is still walking to the bookstore & getting sushi

Kenzie Budd

Bridesmaid

med school/brunch bestie always up for ice cream, nature walks and long chats ❤️

Krystyna Kotlinski

Bridesmaid

Sister of the groom! Few fun facts: I’ve seen Morgan wallen in the pit section, i got 3 dogs and a 4th step dog in the house, i have swam in multiple waterfalls during one summer, moved all the way across the country after just one travel nurse gig, and I own my own home gym-which didn’t even get used for a few months 😬

Laurinda Godfrey

Bridesmaid

Relationship: Med School Work Wife I first met Katie over an anatomy lab dissection table during our first year of medical school. Somehow, spending hours dissecting a human body together turned out to be a great way to make friends, and after years of anatomy practicals, caffeine dependence, and mutual academic suffering, we achieved the highest level of friendship: work wives. I met Henry later and quickly realized that he and Katie are basically yin and yang. While Katie is responsible for many of the most memorable sentences I've ever heard, Henry has mastered the art of responding to them as though they are completely normal. Together, they're basically a picture-perfect movie couple, and I couldn't be happier to stand beside them on their special day! Instead of sharing a fun fact about myself, I'll leave you with a few of my favorite Katie quotes 😂: 1. “How do I admit to others that my body has the constitutional integrity of cooked linguine?" 2. “You know I have the immune system of a rotting banana peel!" 3. Out of the blue: "Laurinda, I think I might have glaucoma." 4. “The perfectionist in me is gnawing at the bars of my enclosure."

Shivali Patel

Bridesmaid

Med school bestie! Katie and Henry were both THE sweetest, kindest, happiest people in our class. It was only a matter of time before they realized this was meant to be. I’m beyond excited to celebrate them and so grateful to have them in my life. Fun fact: We lived in the same apartment building on campus and met the first week of school. I remember first meeting Katie the day I moved in when she volunteered to come over and help connect my Google Home to the WiFi. She was her usual bubbly, happy, and always wanting to help self. We have been inseparable bffs since!

Hank Kotlinski

Father of the Groom

I am Henry’s dad. I am a Dentist in Chicago. My favorite memories are with my son while we traveled the world. He started traveling when he was a young child. It was fun and exciting sharing our travels to unique places. But my proudest moment was hooding my son on his graduation day from medical  school! I met Katie with my wife on our first day helping Henry move into Marian University. She is a sweet girl. We welcome Katie to our family!

Sandy Kotlinski

Mother of the Groom

I am Henry’s mom.  I enjoyed being a stay at home mom. I would say all my favorite memories are everything from the day he was born, and everything in between. One of my most proud memories was the day he graduated from Marian University and became a Doctor! I met Katie on the first day we visited Henry at Marian. She is such a sweet girl. She welcomed us and helped us while we waited for Henry. I am so happy for the both of them and welcome Katie to our family! I look forward to creating new memories with both of them! Congratulations!

Frank Geric

Father of the Bride

I am Frank Geric, I am Katie’s dad. In addition to giving away the bride, I am also touched and honored to be acting as the officiant to marry Henry and Katie! My wife and I are so proud of Katie and Henry and everything they’ve achieved in life and the field of medicine! We love Henry and can’t wait to welcome him (officially) into our family!

Missy Geric

Mother of the Bride

Hi! I’m forever blessed to be Katie’s mom. Frank and I will be celebrating 35 years of marriage this December! We should’ve known Katie would be a scientist when she warned her fourth grade class that there was an outbreak of Escherichia Coli! She’s always been the most fun and kindest person, even as a child. Our fondest memories are the fun things we’ve done as a trio! Now we are happy to add Henry into our family memories too. We want to sincerely thank each and everyone coming today, your presence is a gift! We love you all so much.
