Question

When is the wedding?

Answer

8.16.25

Question

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Everhart Gathering Place 2005 Township Hwy 55 Nevada, OH 44849

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

By 4:30pm ceremony starts at 5:00pm. Don’t be late!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, if your invitation said so. Otherwise, no. Sorry.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The dress code requires men to wear dress pants and a button-up shirt or suit. Women should wear an evening gown or a sophisticated cocktail dress that is NOT the color black, white, and off-white tones (you'll have every other color available to you). Please refrain from wearing casual clothing such as jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, or flip-flops.

Question

I seriously can't wear the color black or white (women)?

Answer

Yes. Please don't. Emily will blow a gasket. It's reserved for the wedding party.

Question

Will there be accommodations the night of the wedding?

Answer

Yes, please see the "Accommodations" tab for options. If you are flying into Cleveland Hopkins the day before the wedding and haven't yet seen Cleveland, you might find it beneficial to arrange your own accommodations in that area. You can still choose to stay at the rooms we've booked for the night of the wedding.

Question

Can I confirm my attendance after the RSVP date?

Answer

Oh, absolutely not.

Question

Can I use my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

You’re the seasoned pro I splurged a fortune on, right? You're not? Well then, kindly holster that smartphone. The ceremony is not the place for you to experiment with your phone photography. Fear not, though! You’ll have your moment to unleash that inner shutterbug during the reception. Affectionately yours, Chris. Seriously though, please make sure your phone is OFF during the ceremony.

Question

Seriously, no phones during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. Please make sure your phone is OFF for the ceremony. I've come to realize how ugly it looks in professional photos / videos to see everyone with their cameras in front of their faces. Just be in the moment with us, and we will make sure you get a copy of that moment. After the ceremony, feel free to use your phone.

Question

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar during the reception. Please be responsible. We also have accommodations near by.
