Timberline Lodge recommends as soon as possible. Prices will rise as vacancies decrease. We are requesting that you wait to RSVP “Yes” only once your stay is booked. That’s how important that is 🙂
We would recommend booking flights around April 2026 and by August 2026 at the latest.
Due to the capacity with our venue, we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We kindly ask that only those named in the body of the invitation email attend.
We’re not planning an official “Welcome Party,” but there are three restaurants in the Timberline. Around 6:00pm, we plan on ordering food to go (such as some pizza from the Blue Ox bar) and gathering in the cozy main lobby on the second floor, which has a fireplace in the center.
Considering Oregon weather tends be unpredictable, we don't know! We are hoping that it will be nice enough weather so that it will be (no rain and at least 55 degrees). In 2025, the week of 10/6-10/13 was a range from a high of 68 and sunny to a high of 38 with sleet. We will not know for certain until the morning of the wedding. There will be signs showing where to go for the ceremony. The reception will be indoors.
Anyone is welcome to gather at the Barlow Room in the Timberline Lodge after the reception. NOTE: the bars close at 8:00pm at the Timberline so PLAN AHEAD and purchase drinks at the gift shop beforehand. The gift shop is open every day until 6:00pm.
We don’t have this booked yet, but we are working on having a shuttle from the airport to the venue on the evening of 10/9/26 and one shuttle leaving Timberline Lodge on the morning of 10/11/26 to arrive at PDX airport. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate everyone's schedules, but we are hoping to pick times that work for majority of our guests. Once we have the times for the shuttle, we will update this. If the times do not work, the next best option is renting a car and/or car pooling. Uber/Lyft is able to take you from the airport to Timberline Lodge, but it is pricey. Uber/Lyft is not accessible once at Timberline Lodge.
We do not have a traditional registry. We will be having a spot to keep any cards that guests wish to give us 🙂
