Steve and Lauren will be staying here for the weekend. This hotel is within walking distance to Cedar Door, where we will be Friday night for drinks. This hotel is best to book sooner rather than later as the courtesy block is based on hotel availability. No charges will be posted to guests credit card at the time of booking until 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Guests have until that time to cancel their reservation without any penalties. If canceled within the 72 hour window, a non-refundable fee of one night’s stay plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file. The Hummingbird House is 20 minutes south of downtown Austin. Shuttle service will be provided to and from the reception from the Fairmont.

We kindly request shuttle service to the reception is limited to out of town guests only due to capacity. Shuttle service will be provided for all guests after the reception. Out of town guests only: Transportation will be provided to reception from the Fairmont and the Courtyard Marriott Downtown. Pickup is at 3:30PM. All guests: There will be shuttles at 9:30PM and 11:00PM from the reception to the Fairmont and Courtyard Marriott Downtown.
